Meg Tyger Tyner PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS

Owner and Head Adult PT

Throughout Dr. Tyner's career as a personal trainer, Certified Athletic Trainer, and Doctor of Physical Therapy Meg has gained experience working with a variety of musculoskeletal disorders and has special interest in sports rehabilitation, performance training, youth athletic development, manual therapy, and post-operative rehabilitation.

Dr. Tyner received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York University. She received her bachelor's of science degree in athletic training from The George Washington University, where she also was a four year starter on the division I Women's Varsity Tennis Team. In 2013, Meg became an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, specializing in injury prevention exercise, functional movement, athletic development, and weight loss. While attaining her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at NYU, Dr. Tyner was apart of the NYU Sports Medicine staff as a Certified Athletic Trainer. 

Dr. Tyner  is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. In her free time, Dr, Tyner stays active playing intramural tennis, weightlifting and cycling. She also enjoys spending time with her family, friends and traveling abroad. 

Claire Ingoldsby, Head Pediatric OT

Claire is skilled in assessing and addressing sensory processing disorders, helping children regulate their sensory experiences and develop essential sensory-motor skills. Claire excels in designing therapeutic activities and interventions to improve a child's fine and gross motor skills, enhancing their independence in daily tasks. She is a strong proponent of sensory-based therapy as treatment for a wide variety of developmental needs.

Claire received her Master’s of Occupational Therapy from the University of Buffalo in 2018. She is a lifelong Brooklynite who is very enthusiastic about bringing sensory based services to her community.

From the very beginning of her career, Rebecca discovered her passion for working with children. Her innate ability to connect with young patients, coupled with her clinical expertise, has made her a sought-after practitioner in the field of pediatric physical therapy. She understands the unique needs and challenges that children face when dealing with physical limitations and works tirelessly to empower them to reach their full potential. Her warm and approachable demeanor creates a nurturing and supportive environment that puts both children and their parents at ease.

Rebecca received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Touro University in 2018. Throughout her time at Touro, she completed multiple clinical experiences in pediatrics including public schools and hippotherapy.


Alexandra Siegrist PT, DPT

Physical Therapist and Pelvic Floor Therapist

Dr. Alex Siegrist received her doctoral degree in physical therapy from Hunter College and where she was the recipient of the Award for Clinical Excellence. She has been practicing as a Pelvic Floor therapist for all genders since her Pelvic Floor Clinical Affiliation in 2020, and she has taken over 100 hours of continued education for treatment of pelvic floor, musculoskeletal, and movement dysfunctions, including a 6-month mentorship with First Principles of Movement.

She believes a full body approach is important to restoring pelvic health and incorporates the principles of strength and conditioning, along with manual therapy, to enhance health and movement for all of her patients. Her experiences as a military veteran (USAF 2009-2015) gave her a strong desire to advocate for holistic care that treats every part of the body. Alex remains involved with veteran programs here in New York City and hopes to help increase awareness of pelvic health for veterans. In her free time, she enjoys training with kickboxing, yoga, kettlebell and weightlifting. She can be found exploring Brooklyn with her partner and their two dogs.

Rachel Riemenschneider, Occupational Assistant

Certified Occupational Assistant

Rachel is a board certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, graduating from Rutgers University in 2020 and currently pursuing her Doctor of Occupational Therapy at Yeshiva University. She has spent her time since graduation working within the cities Early Intervention program with emphasis on early childhood development. Rachel strives to use a neurodiversity affirming approach to interventions, understanding the importance of autonomy for children. She excels at creating exciting therapeutic activities for clients that promote self regulation, social skills and play skills. Her enthusiastic approach to therapy creates an inviting environment that allows children to feel a sense of safety and encouragement to explore their strengths and improve upon their skills.
